This is your extra virgin coconut oil. You want to remove it with a spoon and gathered into its own container. This is pure organic virgin coconut oil. Though there is nothing intrinsically bad in Coconut oil usage, especially in regards to dieting, it is not recommended to people with severe diabetes or a liver condition.
