The Healthy Benefits of Coconut Oil

It seems like my blog does not have quite as much information as some of the other blogs. But that is okay because I’m just starting out today. Over the last two years I have been using coconut oil and it has helped me out so much. Not only do I eat coconut oil by the gallon, but I also use it for my toothpaste in my deodorant. My wife and I want to start this coconut oil website because it is a common interest that we have. We will work on it at night while we were eating popcorn cooked in coconut oil.

It really seems to be an awful shame that coconut oil has been so widely misrepresented by our society. Did you know that movie theaters used to serve popcorn popped in coconut oil? Well what do we have now, fake butter with artificial cheese and MSG? Yuck! The real reason why I don’t buy popcorn at the movie theater is because it is eight dollars for a bucket, but because it really tastes gross. If they made it with coconut oil, it would definitely be more tempting for me. It seems like environmental wackos that want to control every aspect of your life have made it very difficult for you to even get a hold of coconut oil. In places like the Philippines, it is sold out of the back of a large old-fashioned milk truck by the bucket full. Here in America, it has to be imported and sold for much higher price. I think that we as Americans are much worse off because we have turned our backs on coconut oil. Coconut oil is high in saturated fat yes but that is no reason why it can’t be good for our bodies and white Help us out. If you compare coconut oil to vegetable oil which doesn’t have so much saturated fat, you will find that coconut oil is actually way better for you. The problem is that vegetable oil is cheaper to produce and when something is cheaper to reduce there is a lot of money behind it. So if you don’t hear a lot about the benefits of coconut oil, it is probably because there is not nearly the same amount of money behind as you have behind things are cheap to produce and bad for your body.

As mentioned earlier, I don’t know everything about why coconut oil is so good for you, but I intend on learning and I intend to record everything that I’ve learned in this blog. So that you can learn along with me. I am planning on getting a PhD in coconuts, if you want to keep up that’s great I would love to have you on board.

This blog is going to be all about coconut oil, where it comes from, and the healthy benefits of coconut oil. I look forward to doing product reviews for different treatments involving coconut oil, and reading up as much as I can about the research that is already in progress.

Wow! Very interesting blog! I live in the Philippines, and we have coconuts everywhere. The problem is, coconut oil products are priced high here, which is an irony.

I’d like to see this blog grow further, and read more posts about such an interesting subject.

I think the coconut oil is very expensive everywhere. How much does it cost in the Philippines?

In the United States, you’re looking not pain about $12 for 500 mL of coconut oil.

Here in the Philippines, 100ml to 250ml of virgin coconut oil products are priced somewhere around Php150 to Php300. Popular brands are priced higher. I guess it’s expensive because it takes several coconuts to produce just a few drops of coconut oil.
