Then, you’re going to want to put the smaller container into the fridge. As the temperature of the liquid drops to below 75°, the oil should form a hard white residue on the surface. This is your extra virgin coconut oil. You want to remove it with a spoon and gathered into its own container. This is pure organic virgin coconut oil.
